At Innerstoic Wine & Cider Company, we strive to keep it simple. We believe that quality wine and cider is first and foremost a result of sourcing and picking the absolute best quality fruit we can lay our hands on. From foraging for wild apples off of trees, some of which have graced our local lands for over a century, to partnering with local grape growers who are completely in tune to the pulse of their unique vineyards, we believe this is the surest way to provide a pure representation of what our local environment has to offer.

From a wine making perspective, you will not find mass-produced, replicated recipes from year to year here. We believe that we are here to work with what mother nature gives us annually, and to then only gently guide and nurture these wines as they evolve, develop and preserve the story of that vintage within the bottle.
